打造園林化新農(nóng)村

    今年6月以前，重慶市1萬余個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村的規(guī)劃工作將全面完成。昨日，重慶市規(guī)劃局負(fù)責(zé)人描繪了這樣一幅藍(lán)圖：因地制宜打造園林化的農(nóng)村，做到生活富裕，鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明。

    據(jù)介紹，此次規(guī)劃活動不是簡單地拆房子、搬村子、改門臉。這次規(guī)劃的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)，就是提出了農(nóng)村人口集中的概念。散居的村民，將向布點(diǎn)各地的集中村靠近。

    根據(jù)規(guī)劃，今后村委會(村公所)所在村落一般為集中村，將配套村級公共服務(wù)中心，建設(shè)文化娛樂室、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)籃球場、衛(wèi)生室、生活超市、農(nóng)資門市、公共院壩、兒童活動場地等設(shè)施。

    對農(nóng)村公廁，也要進(jìn)行布局。垃圾收集點(diǎn)的設(shè)置，也要進(jìn)行規(guī)劃，要求在方便垃圾收集和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)的位置統(tǒng)籌布置垃圾轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)點(diǎn)和垃圾處理設(shè)施。

    此外，在現(xiàn)有條件上，對各區(qū)縣農(nóng)村具有地方特色的種、養(yǎng)殖業(yè)，提出產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展道路和相應(yīng)的空間布局規(guī)劃，并將發(fā)展文化、旅游、商貿(mào)等農(nóng)村地區(qū)的第三產(chǎn)業(yè)。
